Agnes follows a system of Full Disclosure and will tell you everything you need to know about a house even if that means you won't end up purchasing that home. For instance, a few years ago Agnes found a seemingly perfect home for her clients. While the clients were admiring the home and visualizing where they will put their furniture, Agnes went on to visually inspect the home. Upon further investigation Agnes discovered a major basement foundation crack that was being "covered up" by the seller. The basement was unfinished but clutter and the Seller's personal belongings were positioned in such a way that the average individual would not have known what to look for. The crack was so deep that water had pooled inside the wall insulation bordering the basement. Regardless of the outcome, and potential loss of a sale on this property, Agnes immediately relayed this information to her Buyers. Naturally the news was not taken lightly by her clients and they were disappointed, however greatly appreciated the fact that Agnes saved them THOUSANDS of dollars in repair cost not to mention the headaches. A couple weeks after Agnes found them another property which was their dream home less the water.

Agnes believes in giving back to the community. She annually participates in the Shoreland Clean up, donates a portion of her commission to Habitat for Humanity and volunteers with the Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority (CLOCA). She is also a member of the Toronto Outdoor Club.
In her spare time Agnes is an adventurous outdoorswoman. She teaches, and enjoys Sea Kayaking all over the world. She is PADI certified and participates in Scuba diving as much as time permits and enjoys hiking at local Conservation parks as well as anywhere good trails exist. She also swims several times a week to stay fit and over all enjoys life to its fullest.
